1. Digital-only delivery

Lean With Manpreet sells digital coaching products only. We do not ship any physical goods. There are no shipping or handling charges, and no postal address is required at checkout.

2. How & when you receive access

5-Day Blood Report Decoder Challenge (₹99): WhatsApp group invite link + welcome email is delivered to the registered email address and WhatsApp number within 24 hours of successful payment. In most cases delivery is within minutes. The Day-5 LIVE Zoom link is shared inside the WhatsApp group 24 hours before the session.
Order bumps (Meal Plan, Supplement Stack, VIP Report Review): downloadable PDFs and booking links are emailed within 24 hours of successful payment.
90-Day Blood Protocol Program (₹9,999): onboarding email with Zoom calendar, WhatsApp access, and protocol PDFs within 48 hours of enrolment.
Executive 1:1 plans: a personal onboarding call is scheduled within 72 hours of enrolment.

3. Where we deliver

Because delivery is digital, our programs are available worldwide. Content and live sessions are conducted in English and Hindi. Times are India Standard Time (IST).

4. If you don't receive access

Check your inbox, promotions tab, and spam/junk folder. Search for "Lean With Manpreet" or "Blood Protocol".
Check WhatsApp on the number you used at checkout — the group invite is sent there as well.
If 24 hours have passed and you still cannot find access, email leanwithmanpreet@gmail.com with your order ID. We resend access within one business day.

5. Failed payments & duplicate charges

If a payment failed but your bank shows a debit, the amount is normally auto-reversed within 5–7 working days by Razorpay. If it isn't, write to us with your order ID and bank statement — we'll coordinate with Razorpay for a refund.
